At Blessed Wings, we take a special pride in our premium quality butterflies. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we guarantee that you will receive your butterflies live, vibrant and healthy.

At your request, we will include an extra butterfly for each dozen purchased. This allows you to confirm the quality of your butterflies by performing a small release of your own, prior to the actual event. In the unlikely occurrence that you find any problem with your order, notify us immediately and you will receive a full refund on your order. We only require that you notify us promptly of the nature of the problem and return the shipment, at our expense.

All of our butterflies are shipped overnight express via UPS. Butterflies are scheduled to arrive one day prior to their release, arriving by 12:00 noon in most locations. Please see that someone is present to receive the package. Blessed Wings will not be held liable for late, misrouted or damaged packages caused by the carrier. However, if your shipment does not arrive by the expected time, notify us immediately and we will take control of contacting the carrier and make every effort to locate and insure the delivery of your butterflies. Our commitment to customer satisfaction does not end when you make your purchase, but only when you have experienced the everlasting joy of your successful butterfly release!
