When will I receive my order?
You will be asked to provide an event date with your order and your favors will be scheduled to ship accordingly.
When should I place my order?
You are welcome to place your order well in advance since we schedule shipping according to your event date. We recommend reserving your favors at least six weeks prior to the date you will be needing them to insure availability, however last minute orders are always welcome, additional fees may apply. Please contact us if your event is less than two weeks away and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will I be able to track my order?
Absolutely! Your order will be updated online once the shipping label is processed at which time we will provide you with a tracking number.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, some of our products are available for international shipping. Please see the individual product description for availability.

Payment Options: All major credit cards are accepted and processed via Paypal. Check and money orders are accepted. Orders being paid by check will be processed once your payment is received and confirmed.
Since your favors are created just for you and cannot be re-sold, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If your favors are damaged during shipping or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately, we will make arrangements to send out a replacement order as quickly as possible.
Sales Tax 8.256% Sales Tax will be added to any order billed to or shipped to a Texas address. This will be added to your cart during the checkout process.
